I finally found the courage to really dye my hair in this beautiful turquoise color! It took almost 3 to 4 hours of bleaching and dyeing to get my hair at this point. I’m not sure how long this dye will stay in my hair, so i bought more dye to redo my own hair in the upcoming weeks.
What should my next color be? The same color or something like green or pastel pink?
The pair of shoes on the first photo is a pair of New Balance sneakers, and on the second photo it’s a pair of Gucci sneakers.
Since i got this new Canon EOS 550D yesterday, i decided to try to photograph without any help from the “auto mode”. At first i was totally confused, and i had absolutely NO idea what i was doing, lol. But later on, i finally knew how to work with this camera, i took a lot of photos but only these 2 were kind of fashion related so i decided to only put these 2 online.

Today is one of my lazy days. It’s saturday, my vacation just started and i don’t feel like doing anything at all. Maybe because tomorrow i will be celebrating my 20th birthday for my family and a few friends. The only thing what’s on my schedule for today is experimenting with my new Canon EOS 550D. Thanks mom and dad for this amazing present! Now i can keep you guys up to date with outfit posts and things like that.

3 Days left until my birthday guys! And i’m super excited. I already got my presents, and i’m finally the owner of a brand new Canon EOS550D. So from now on, i can post more often posts like this, and posts with photos taken by me! Can’t wait to share all this with you.

An ordinary day of school, drawing patterns like mad for a short we’re working on right now.
After a busy week at school, it was time for me to relax so i traveled all the way to Amsterdam for a weekend full of parties in this amazing dip dyed angora green sweater.

I bought these 2 necklaces at this “friends” shopping night at H&M in Amsterdam. Love the neon!
It’s almost my bday! I was born on April 30th 1992, a holiday in the Netherlands called Queensday, so that will make me 20 at the end of this month. I’m getting old, goodbye teenage years. But i wasn’t writing this to complain about my age, i really got inspired by the catwalk looks for this season, where models got dip dyed hair in amazing but unnatural looking colors. And that’s exactly what i want my hair to be, and since this is my birthday month i’m going to treat myself on a completely taken care of hairdresser treatment, which is probably gonna include a dip-dye in the color blue! I tried to edit some photos of myself with this color in my hair, and i think a color in the shade of blue fits my own hair color the best. Hopefully it won’t ruin my hair or turn green and break off.
Next to this hairdresser treatment, i already got some of my birthday presents, including a ticket to the Nicki Minaj concert in Amsterdam and 2 tickets to see Lady Gaga in concert and my mom promised me i’ll get a big surprise on the 29th! I can’t wait to unwrap it and to start experiment with it!
Oh and, i maybe have a house in Amsterdam. Can’t tell much about it, but i’m keeping my fingers crossed!
Last week i bought my first pair of original “underground creepers” which i showed in my last post on the Lakeside event. I’m so in love with my pair of these red with leopard print creepers that i’m going to buy the black ones on the end of this month. And in this post i wanna show you what i got myself this week because both of them are really beautiful pieces of clothing and accessory.
The first photo is a photo of my new snake bracelet, by Supertrash i bought in one of their brand stores. I was just randomly looking at their amazing accessories until my eye stopped at 2 different bracelets, 1 was gold in the shape of a Crocodile and the other one is the one i bought. At first i couldn’t make a decision so i tried them on both, but the silver matched my wrist and skin tone better than the gold one.
And on the second photo, i’m showing my new suede jacket in the most amazing color i’ve ever seen a jacket like this in. It’s one of my favorite colors of the moment, so when i found it at “Episode”, a vintage store in Amsterdam, i immediately had to buy it. I wish the weather in Netherland would allow me to wear this jacket outside without getting cold.
This was my first “new in” post, from now on i’ll keep you guys up to date with what cool pieces of clothing and/or accessories i added to my wardrobe.
Last night i got to go to the “Modemeisjes for Lakeside” event, where the 3 dutch “modemeisjes” showed their own first clothing line for Lakeside.
First of all, i have to give compliments to the entire team, who organized this event because everything was exactly how it should be on an evening like this. But next to that, i wasn’t feeling the night at all. Ok, i had fun during the event. But the collection was a mix of some already existing brands, if i could name it, i’d name it “Supertrash Casual”. I’m sure people are gonna like this though, it’s fresh, young and affordable. That’s why this “brand” probably is going to be a hit and sell realy well.
Added some photos of my outfit of that day, wearing a thrifted blazer, Diesel jeans, my new creepers and a vintage bag.
Let me introduce this posessed woman. Her name is Gwendolyn Qwerinto, and she was my model for this school project. I had to design a shirt, based on a fictional housewife, and I chose for a mentally sick housewife, who’s brain was taken over by Satan. Unfortunately, they didn’t give us freedom on the fabric choice, the entire class had to use this tacky white fabric and we were only allowed to give it a little twist with a fabric of choice if it wouldn’t predominate the white part of the shirt. I’m sure this shirt would’ve looked much better, made out of better and black fabrics with some touches of lace. So with that white fabric in mind, i changed the entire design i first came up with because i realized, it wouldn’t look as drastic and satanic as it would in black.
So, since the whole world is still talking about this ‘illuminati’ thing, i decided to play with that. That’s why i chose for the cut-out triangle, because according to all the gossips and articles about the illuminati, a triangle symbol portrays this movement. After finishing the shirt, i also had to think about the photo styling. First i wanted to do a shoot at a cemetery, but later i thought that idea was very tacky and i’m sure one of my class mates used that idea, or something with the same idea and meaning. So i chose to do the shoot in the ’trusted area’ of the housewife. Her own house, her bedroom.
The photos turned out great, and i hope my teachers think the same about it. What do you guys think about the photos?
